Terms of Service

The service provides AI support agents that are pre-trained on the patterns of specific domains, grounded in the policies and records you connect, and able to take actions within limits you configure. It includes the workspace, analytics and handoff tools that come with your plan.

Features differ by plan, as described on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including the actions of team members you invite.

You must be authorised to act for the business named on the account.

• The policies, rules and records you connect are accurate and you have the right to use them
• You have a lawful basis to share your customers' data with the service and have given them any notices required
• You configure action limits, scope and handoff rules appropriate for your business
• You review the agent's answers during testing before going live, and monitor its work afterwards

Agents answer from the sources you provide and act only within the limits you set. Although agents are designed to hand off when no source applies, AI systems can make mistakes. You remain responsible for decisions made in your business, including refunds, credits and appointments.

The healthcare scheduling agent handles scheduling and administration only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and must not be configured or presented to patients as doing so.

You must not use the service to:

• Mislead customers about whether they are talking to an automated agent where the law requires disclosure
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Process data you have no right to process
• Attempt to access other workspaces, reverse-engineer the service or disrupt its operation
• Provide medical, legal or financial advice through an agent

You own the data you and your customers put into the service. You grant us permission to use it to provide, secure and improve the service for your workspace. We do not use your data to train agents for other customers.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees are based on your plan and the number of conversations, as confirmed for your account. Fees are charged in advance for each billing term and exclude applicable taxes such as GST.

If a payment fails, we will let you know and give you reasonable time to update your payment details before limiting the service. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The service, including the domain agents, intent maps, software and website, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms give you a right to use the service during your subscription, and no other rights.

If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the service without any obligation to you.

We work to keep the service available and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can. We may improve or change features over time. If we remove a feature that is material to your plan, we will tell you in advance.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in these terms, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Our total liability under these terms in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the service in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can cancel at the end of any billing term. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously breach these terms and do not fix the breach after notice, or immediately where required by law.

After your account ends, you can request an export of your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted in line with our retention practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
